GIPMER Senior Resident Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

The applicant must have passed MBBS with a P.G. Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a Recognized University/Institution and should be registered with the Delhi Medical Council. Candidates who have applied for DMC registration may also apply. If selected, candidates must produce a DMC Certificate with P.G. Qualification before joining. Those candidates who have applied for registration to DMC shall be provisionally allowed to join on production of a DMC fee receipt.

2. Fill in all required details in block letters including personal information, educational qualifications, DMC registration details, and work experience.
3. Paste a latest self-attested passport-size photograph on the application form.
4. Attach self-attested photocopies of all required educational, category, and birth certificates along with the application.
5. Deposit the non-refundable fee of Rs. 300/- in cash at the Accounts Branch cashier or obtain a Demand Draft issued by a nationalized bank in favour of "MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT, G.B. PANT HOSPITAL, PAYABLE At New Delhi" (writing your name on the reverse side).
6. Submit the completed application form along with enclosures at D-Block, 5th Floor, Academic Cell, GIPMER on or before 02.11.2026 up to 04:00 P.M.
7. Attend the walk-in interview on 04.11.2026 at 12:00 Noon (reporting time 11:00 AM) at the Pathology Department, GIPMER along with all original documents.

• Appointment will be subject to medical fitness and verification of certificates of educational qualification, age, caste, and DMC registration.
