Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Officers under the Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/Recognized Universities/Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertaking/Statutory or Autonomous Organizations; (a)(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in parent Cadre/Department; or (ii) with two year's service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pay level-7 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; and; (b) M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university institute registered with Rehabilitation Council of India
• Experience: Desirable: 2 years of Clinical experience in Paediatrics or developmental assessment in infants and toddlers
• Age limit: Maximum 56 years (as on the last date of receipt of applications)

Other conditions:

• Open only to officers of Central/State Governments, Union Territories, recognized universities, research institutions, PSUs, statutory or autonomous organizations
• Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the S.S.C/Competent Authority for candidates otherwise well qualified

Desirable:

• 2 years of Clinical experience in Paediatrics or developmental assessment in infants and toddlers

Pay and Terms of Engagement

Pay of official appointed on deputation will be fixed as per instructions issued by the Government of India from time to time.

• Deputation for three (3) years, ordinarily not exceeding three years, including any immediately preceding ex-cadre deputation
• Initial appointment for one year, extendable annually based on work and conduct report
• No extension beyond the maximum limit of 03 years under any ordinary circumstances
• On completing 03 years, officer relieved to parent cadre; mandatory cooling-off period applies as per guidelines
• Post strictly temporary on deputation; no provision for permanent absorption or regularization
