GNMEE Admission 2025
Applications are invited from Indian Nationals fulfilling the following eligibility criteria for admission to the GNM Course for the session 2025-26 at Assam Oil School of Nursing at IOCL (AOD), Digboi. Only female candidates meeting the following criteria may apply.
06 (six) No. of seats shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Digboi Legislative Constituency (DLC), candidates claiming reservations shall be required to produce valid supporting document.

GNMEE Admission 2025 - Important Dates

GNMEE Admission 2025 Selection Process:
Only female candidates are eligible for admission. Candidates are required to register for the exam GNMEE-2025 conducted by Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati vide notification No. SSUHS/159/2025/3305 dated 08.05.2025. Candidates shall have to apply online with General Nursing and Midwifery Entrance Examination (GNMEE-2025) Roll No. and with total marks obtained in GNMEE-2025. The candidates will have to upload the following documents in our online portal https://aocnadmission.in/.
GNMEE Admission 2025 Age Limit:
- Minimum age for admission will be 17 years (as on 31.12.2025). The upper age limit is 35 years. Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBCNCL candidates as per presidential directives. For RANM & RLHV there is no age bar. Marksheet / certificate issued by a Board of Secondary Education for passing Matriculation (Class-X) examination shall be the only acceptable document in support of proof of age.
- Relaxation in upper age upto 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBCNCL candidates considered against reserved positions will be allowed.
Candidates are required to upload the scanned copy of the following documents on the above-mentioned Online application link
- Original documents along with a self-attested copy should be furnished at the time of document verification:
- 10th Pass/Matriculation certificate issued by the concerned education board as proof of date of birth. No other document will be accepted for verification of date of birth
- SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/ EWS-Income & Asset Certificate by reserved category candidates in the prescribed format issued by Competent Authority.
- Class X & XII marksheet and certificate issued by the concerned board.
- ANM marksheet and certificate (if applicable)
- Registration certificate (for Registered Auxilliary Nurse Midwifery) if applicable
- Conversion certificate from CGPA/OGPA/Letter Grade to percentage of marks, if applicable, from concerned board.
- Income Certificate (FY 2024-25) issued by Competent Authority on or after 01.04.2025
- Candidates seeking reservations under Digboi Legislative Constituency are required to produce Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC)/ Voter Identity card of self or parent
- GNMEE Scorecard 2025
- Any other Certificate, as specified.
How to Apply for GNMEE Admission 2025?
- Candidates must register for GNMEE-2025 conducted by Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS), Guwahati.
- The official notification for the exam is No. SSUHS/159/2025/3305 dated 08.05.2025.
- Registration is mandatory to be eligible for admission to the GNM course.
- Candidates must apply online after the declaration of the GNMEE-2025 result.
