Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in Engineering in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Shipbuilding / Naval Architecture with minimum First Class (Essential).
- MBA (Desirable).
- Should have at least 20 years of experience in Shipbuilding / Ship design activities.
- Experience in project management / contract management / similar role for at least 5 years in shipbuilding organizations.
- Experience in delivering warships / commercial ships to Indian Navy / Indian Coast Guard (ICG) / Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) / Dredging Corporation of India (DCI) / ONGC.
Salary/Stipend
- Remuneration (Consolidated Pay): Rs. 1,20,000/- per month.
- Appointment on fixed term contract basis for a period of 03 months, extendable up to another 03 months subject to satisfactory performance/requirement.
- To be available at HSL (onsite) for a minimum of 20 working days in a month cumulative, balance through VC/email as per requirement of HSL.
- TA/DA will be paid on par with equivalent HSL officers (E6 Grade) for outstation travel.
- For non-Vizag resident, travel arrangements will be made by HSL.
- Accommodation provided by HSL during the stay in Visakhapatnam.

- Maximum age limit: 63 years as on 27 Jan 2026.

Selection Process
- Method of Selection: Candidates have to attend walk-in interview which shall be held at Hindustan Shipyard Limited, Visakhapatnam as per the scheduled date and time.
- Candidates must attend the walk-in interview along with online submitted application form and all original certificates.
- Training period in any organisation as Apprenticeship/Internship shall not be counted as work experience while calculating post-qualification experience.
- Candidates not qualified/shortlisted/selected will not be provided any reason for the same.
- The appointment is on fixed term contract & part-time basis and does not carry any liability on HSL for regular appointment at any stage.
- The contract may be terminated by either party by giving one-month notice in writing.
