The selection process for HLL Lifecare Limited Recruitment 2026 consists of a Skill Test followed by a Written Test for most positions. For IT Officer and Account Assistant posts, the selection will consist of a Written Test only. The Written Test for all positions will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed within 30 minutes. The maximum marks for the Written Test will be 50, and there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
