Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification for SRF: Master degree in Remote Sensing and GIS / Geoinformatics / any discipline of Agriculture / Computer Science with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor's degree. OR M.Tech. in Computer Application / Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering / Software Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Information Technology with from recognize university with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor's degree. OR Post-graduate degree in Environmental Science / Geography with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years masters' degree should have NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience. OR B.Sc. (Ag.) having four years graduation degree followed by M.Sc. in any discipline. OR Ph.D. in any discipline of science.
- Essential Qualification for YP-II: Master degree in Remote Sensing and GIS / Geoinformatics / Environmental Science/ Geography/any discipline of Agriculture OR M.Tech. in Computer Application/ Information Technology / Computer Science & Engineering / Software Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Information Technology from recognized university.
Salary/ Stipend
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Rs. 37,000/- p.m. + HRA as per rule.
- Young Professional-II (YP-II): Rs. 42,000/- p.m. (consolidated).
Age Limit (as on date of interview)
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Max. 35 years for men and 40 years for women.
- Young Professional-II (YP-II): Min. 21 years & max. 45 years with relaxation as per rule.

General Information / Instructions
- The position(s) is/are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme/project. No right for absorption in CRRI/ICAR.
- Age limits are relaxable for SC, ST and OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms.
- Candidates to bring one recent passport size photograph, original educational certificates (matriculation onwards) along with Xerox copy & experience certificate.
- Director, ICAR-CRRI reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of position(s) or cancel the recruitment process.
- No TA and DA for appearing in the interview.
- Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified.
- If currently employed, furnish no-objection certificate from the current employer.
- No candidate will be entertained strictly after the mentioned time.
