Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be Citizens of India.
- Academic qualifications must be recognized by UGC / AICTE / AIU (Government of India); foreign qualifications require an equivalency certificate from a competent authority.
- For Consultant Grade I: 3–8 years of post-qualification relevant experience with maximum age 45 years as on 31.12.2025.
- For Consultant Grade II: 8–15 years of post-qualification relevant experience with maximum age 50 years as on 31.12.2025.
- For Senior Consultant Grade III: 15 years and above post-qualification relevant experience with maximum age 62 years as on 31.12.2025.
- Specific educational qualifications and experience requirements are defined IC Code-wise (Finance, Project Management, Procurement, Urban Planning, Tourism, Renewable Energy, Legal, Maritime, PPP, ESG, Transport Economics, etc.) in the advertisement.
Salary/Stipend
- Consultant (Grade I): INR 80,000 – 1,45,000 per month.
- Consultant (Grade II): INR 1,45,000 – 2,65,000 per month.
- Senior Consultant (Grade III): INR 2,65,000 – 3,30,000 per month.
- The remuneration for selected candidates shall be decided based on individual expectations, experience and expertise; the decision of IPL shall be final and binding.
- TA/DA and Hotel Accommodation for official tours shall be paid / reimbursed as per Company policy.
Age Limit
- Consultant (Grade I): Maximum age 45 years.
- Consultant (Grade II): Maximum age 50 years.
- Senior Consultant (Grade III): Maximum age 62 years.
- Post-qualification relevant experience bands: Grade I – 3 to 8 years; Grade II – 8 to 15 years; Grade III – 15 years and above.

Selection Process
- Selection will be done by way of Interview.
- Preliminary screening / shortlisting will be carried out with reference to candidate’s qualifications, experience, suitability, city preference and business requirements.
- Shortlisted applicants shall be required to attend an interview in Delhi or through online mode as decided by the Company; no expenditure for attending interview will be reimbursed.
- IPL reserves the right to appoint none, one or more Individual Consultants in any of the IC Codes.
- Mere satisfaction of eligibility norms does not entitle an applicant to be called for Interview.
General Information/Instructions
- IIFCL Projects Limited (IPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL), a Government of India Enterprise, providing financial and infrastructure advisory services.
- Individual Consultants will be engaged for a fixed period of two years, extendable by one year at a time up to a maximum tenure of five years (2+1+1+1), subject to satisfactory Annual Performance Reviews.
- Engagement is on contractual and full-time basis; selected candidates are not allowed to take up any other appointment / engagement / assignment during the contract period.
- Any dispute arising out of the advertisement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts situated in Delhi only.
- IPL reserves the right to modify, amend, revise, or cancel any or all provisions of the selection process and to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
- If at any stage it is detected that an applicant does not fulfil eligibility norms or has furnished incorrect / false information or suppressed material facts, candidature will be cancelled and services, if appointed, are liable to be terminated.
