IIT Bhilai M.Tech Eligibility Criteria 2026
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications with first class or minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology
- Master’s degree in Science or equivalent
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Science
- B.Pharma / M.B.B.S / B.D.S or related degree (for Bioengineering & Biomedical Devices)
Additionally, candidates must have a valid GATE score in the relevant paper (or GPAT where applicable) or CPI/CGPA of 8.0 in B.Tech from an IIT (exemption from GATE).
