Posts, Eligibility and Pay

• Educational Qualification: MBA degree with First Class from a recognised university/institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in administrative and management-related activities, preferably in an educational institution.
• Skills and Competencies: Good communication and public relations skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Word). Experience in administrative coordination, office management, record maintenance and organisational support.
• Preferred Profile: An experienced Management Assistant with a strong background in administration, excellent interpersonal skills, public speaking abilities and the capacity to coordinate multiple administrative activities efficiently.
• Relaxation: SC/ST candidates may be given a 5% relaxation of marks.

Pay: The consolidated fellowship/pay-slab for the Project Manager post is Rs. 64,260 - 66,190 - 68,180 - 70,220 - 72,330 - 74,500 - 76,730 - 79,030 - 81,400 - 83,840/- p.m. HRA is paid on top of this at 30%. If a retired or superannuated government employee is selected, his or her salary will be fixed as per the prevailing IRD norms.

Terms: This is a project appointment on a contract basis with consolidated pay. It is renewable every year, or lasts up to the duration of the project, whichever is earlier. The project runs up to 21/08/2036.
