Eligibility Criteria
- Technical-cum-Knowledge Management Specialist: Ph.D. degree in the field of Food Nutrition/ Food Technology/Food Engineering/ Public Health/ Biotechnology or any other related field or Post Graduation (M.Sc./ M.Tech. equivalent) in the above fields with at least 10 years of experience.
- Principal Project Scientist: Ph.D. degree in the field of Food Nutrition/ Food Technology/Food Engineering/ Public Health/ Biotechnology or any other related field or Post Graduation (M.Sc./ M.Tech. equivalent) in the above fields; At least 6 years research experience & research with atleast 6 research papers in journals of repute.
- Research Associate: PhD in Biotechnology/ Food Science and Technology/Bio-Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering or any relevant field.
Salary/Stipend
- Technical-cum-Knowledge Management Specialist: Rs. 1,50,000/- to 2,10,000/- p.m. (consolidated).
- Principal Project Scientist: Rs. 1,00,000/- to 1,20,000/- p.m. (consolidated).
- Research Associate: Rs. 53,000/- p.m. plus HRA @27%.
Selection Process
- IIT Delhi reserves the right to fix higher criteria for short-listing of eligible candidates from those satisfying advertised qualification and requirement of the project post and their name will be displayed on web portal.
- Only short-listed candidates will be informed for online interview.
General Information/Instructions
- The appointment shall be on contractual basis with consolidated pay, renewable yearly or up to the duration of the project, whichever is earlier.
- 5% relaxation of marks may be granted to the SC/ST Candidates.
