Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant must be a citizen of India.
• Educational qualifications must be obtained from a recognized Board/Council/University/Institute.
• The eligibility of the candidate in terms of qualifications/experience, etc., shall be considered as on the date of selections.

Post-wise Qualifications:

• Junior Engineer (Electrical) (UR-02):
  • Essential Qualification & Experience:
    • (i) B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering with at least 02 years of relevant experience; OR
    • (ii) Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering with at least 03 years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience must be in Electrical power Distribution O&M, Erection works, Internal & External Electrification, HVAC Maintenance, SCADA & BMS Automation, etc.
  • Desirable Qualification & Experience: Knowledge of software like AutoCAD/ETAP, Construction Management software, SLDs preparation, Billing/Estimates, and good communication skills.
• Junior Engineer (Civil) (UR-01, OBC-01):
  • Essential Qualification & Experience:
    • (i) B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 02 years of relevant experience; OR
    • (ii) Diploma in Civil Engineering with 03 years of relevant experience in Civil Buildings & Infrastructure construction & maintenance works Cost Estimates preparation, Execution, Quality Assurance, Billing.
  • Desirable Qualification & Experience: Knowledge of Software like Autocad, STAADPRO, ETABS, Revit, BIM model etc related to Civil Construction software packages and good communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

• Consolidated remuneration is Rs. 50,000/- per month (includes Rs. 5000/- transportation allowance).
• Remuneration shall be subjected to statutory deductions, as applicable.
• No reimbursement of medical expenses will be admissible; medical facilities are limited to OPD in emergencies with minimal charges.
• Contractual employees must possess a valid health insurance policy at their own expense.

Age Limit (as on Date of Selection)

• The upper age limit is 40 Years.
• Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India (GoI) rules.

Important Dates

Selection Process

• Mode of selection is Walk-in Selections/Interviews.
• The final selection will be done on the basis of qualifications, experience, and performance in the selections.
• The Institute reserves the right to decide the mode of screening and testing the applicant for shortlisting and selection.

General Information/Instructions

• The appointment shall be on a purely temporary basis for 06 months, with potential extension based on satisfactory performance and Institute requirements.
• Appointment can be terminated anytime with one month’s notice from either side.
• Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with potential weekend/holiday work required.
• Candidates must bring a Photo ID Card and all original educational, experience, and caste/category documents for verification, along with one set of self-attested copies.
• No Travelling Allowance (TA)/DA shall be paid for attending the selections.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to rejection of candidature.
