Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree, in the fields of Earth Sciences (with preferred specializations in Structural Geology and/or Rock Mechanics), or Mechanical Engineering (with preferred specification in handling mechanical equipment, LabVIEW, mechanics of materials, rheology etc.)
Salary
- Salary: Rs. 61,000.00 per month (fixed) + HRA as per IITK norm.

Selection Process
The selection committee, approved by IIT Kanpur, reserves the right to set suitable criteria for shortlisting the eligible candidates based on qualifications, experience, and recommendations. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview. If shortlisted, copies of relevant certificates will be required and checked against original certificates at the time of the interview.
