Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualifications: First Class B.Tech with valid GATE qualification in Civil Engineering Or M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering with First Class at graduate and postgraduate levels from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Desired Experience: Must have working knowledge in interdisciplinary fields of civil & infrastructure engineering encompassing the following, but not limited to: (i) innovative pavement materials such as asphalt-rubber, polymers, fibers, etc., (ii) advanced materials characterization techniques such as asphalt binder rheology, FTIR, XRD, SEM, DSC, etc., (iii) roadway construction and quality control, (iv) vehicle-pavement interaction, (v) pavement condition assessment and evaluation, and (vi) numerical modeling and analysis.
- Desired Experience: Must be willing to work efficiently in a team environment, self-motivated, and work under a variety of challenging research conditions
- Desired Experience: Must have mentored undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Desired Experience: Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Desired Experience: Must have strengths in: (a) critical thinking, (b) innovative and positive outlook, (c) development of scientific hypothesis and research planning, and (d) troubleshooting

Salary / Stipend
- Consolidated Monthly Salary: ₹37,000 per month
