Eligibility Criteria
- Barber: Essential - Matriculation (10th) pass or equivalent with proficiency in Barber's trade. Desirable - One year experience.
- Vehicle Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) Skilled: Essential - ITI certificate in respective trade OR Armed Forces/Ex-serviceman at Grade-I. Desirable - National Vocational Training Certificate (NCVT).
- Tradesman Mate: Essential - Matriculation (10th) pass or equivalent.
- Telecom Mechanic (Highly Skilled-II): Essential - 10+2 with ITI certificate in respective trade OR Armed Forces/Ex-serviceman at Grade-I. Desirable - National Vocational Training Certificate (NCVT).
Salary/ Stipend
- Barber, Vehicle Mechanic (MV), Tradesman Mate: Pay Matrix Level-1 (Pay Band Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-) as per 7th CPC.
- Telecom Mechanic: Referenced as Pay Matrix Level-4 (Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-) in parts of document.
Age Limit (as on last date of receipt of application)
- 18 to 25 Years.
- Relaxations: OBC (Non-creamy layer) - 3 years; PwBD - 10 years (13 for OBC); ESM - resultant age after service deduction not exceeding limit by >3 years; Departmental - up to 40 years; Widows/divorced women - up to 35 years.
