IOB Apprentice Document Verification 2026
According to the official notification, the details of date and time for Document Verification scheduled at the allocated Regional Office are available in the Annexure. IOB has also stated that an email will be sent to all the shortlisted candidates shortly with further details.
- Most candidates have document verification scheduled on 21.09.2026 at 10:30 AM.
- Candidates from Assam, Kerala, Manipur, Meghalaya, and Nagaland have document verification scheduled on 22.09.2026 at 10:30 AM.
- Document verification will take place at the Regional Office (RO) allocated to each candidate, as mentioned against their name in the Annexure.

- Visit the official Indian Overseas Bank careers/recruitment page.
- Look for the notification titled "Engagement of Apprentices under Apprentices Act, 1961 - FY 2026-27 - 750 Vacancies," Ref No. HRDD/APPR/04/2026-27, dated 15.09.2026.
- Open the Annexure PDF titled "State-wise List of Provisionally Selected Apprentices of FY 2026-27."
- Use "Ctrl+F" (Find) to search your name, or scroll through your state's section.
- Note down your allocated Regional Office and the document verification date and time.

IOB Apprentice Result 2026: Important Instructions
- The selection list released is provisional and subject to document verification.
- Candidates must report for document verification on the date and time mentioned against their name in the Annexure, at the allocated Regional Office.
- An official email will be sent shortly to all shortlisted candidates by Indian Overseas Bank.
- Candidates from Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Daman and Diu, and Mizoram were not shortlisted, as no eligible/available candidates were found from these states/UTs.
- Selection is based on available vacancies, candidate eligibility, and performance in the online examination held on 02.08.2026.
