Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Retired/Retiring Principal District Judge or District Judge (retiring not later than 31.12.2026)
- Experience: Judicial service as Principal District Judge/District Judge with clean service record
- Age limit: Maximum 65 years
Other conditions:
- Must have clean service record with no adverse remark
- Must not have been compulsorily retired under Rule 74(b) of Jharkhand Service Code, 2001 or similar provisions
- Must undertake to serve in the Permanent Lok Adalat of the district allotted upon selection
