Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Discipline-specific as per “Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022” (e.g., M.Ch/DNB for super-specialties, MD/DNB for broad specialties, with alternatives for certain disciplines including special training where applicable).
Experience: Teaching and research experience as per AIIMS norms (generally 11-14 years depending on degree duration); completion of NMC recognized basic course in Medical Education Technology and basic course in Biomedical Research.
Publications: 10 publications in specified indexing agencies (Medline, PubMed, etc.).

Upper age limit: 50 years (as per Government Order No.109-IMS of 1988 dated 08 August 1988).
For in-service permanent employees of JKPSC: As per Government Order No.9-JKPSC of 2013 dated 08 March 2013.
