Eligibility Criteria
Junior Research Fellow:
- M.Se. or M.Tech. in Physics, Applied Physics, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Electronics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Energy Science & Technology.
- Chemical Engineering, with a valid National Eligibility Test (UGCICSIR-NET) or GATE qualification in the relevant subject.
Post Doctoral Fellow/Research Associate:
- Ph.D. in Physics/ Applied Physics/ Chemistry/Applied Chemistry /Electronics/Material Science Nanotechnology/Energy Sc. & Technology/Chemical Engineering with M.Sc. in Physics/ Applicd Physics/ Chemistry/Applied Chemistry /Electronics/Material Science Nanotechnology/Energy Sc. & Technology/Chemical Engineering at least 55% or equivalent grade
- M.Tech. in Physics/ Applied Physics/ Chemistry/Applied Chemistry /Electronics/Material Science /Nanotechnology/Energy Sc. & Technology/Chemical Engineering at least S5% or equivalent grade with three years R&D experience as on the last date of application, evidenced from RAship or associateship or from date of registration of PhD.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age Limit: 28 Years
- Maximum Age limit: 35 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
