KLEE LLM 2026 Answer Key Objection Process

Candidates who disagree with any question or the official response can raise an objection through the candidate portal, as per the process laid down in the official Prospectus.

  • Mode of objection: Only through the Candidate Portal on cee.kerala.gov.in. Objections sent by post, email, or fax are not accepted.
  • Objection fee: Rs. 200 per question, payable online. No complaint is entertained without this fee.

  • Refund: If an objection is found genuine, the fee for that question is refunded.

Selection Process

  1. Candidates appear for the CBT entrance examination.
  2. CEE publishes the provisional answer key and invites objections.
  3. Valid objections are reviewed by an expert committee; a final answer key is released.
  4. Rank list is prepared purely on merit based on the final answer key scores.
  5. In case of a tie, the candidate with higher marks in Part A is ranked higher; if the tie persists, the elder candidate is preferred.
  6. Qualified candidates participate in the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) by registering college/course options online.
  7. Seats are allotted based on rank, category eligibility, and options exercised.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • No re-examination will be conducted for any candidate unable to appear on the scheduled date/time, for any reason.
  • No request for change of examination centre will be entertained.
  • The evaluation system is fully computerised; there is no provision for revaluation or re-checking.
  • Any malpractice, impersonation, or use of unauthorised material in the exam hall can lead to disqualification and debarment from future CEE exams for a minimum of two years.
  • Candidates should regularly check the official candidate portal for updates, since no defect memos are sent by post.
