Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from recognized university or institute and be enrolled with the Bar Council of India or State Bar Council
- Minimum desirable working experience: Minimum 10 years of practice as an Advocate in any High Court, from date of the publication of this advertisement in the official website;
- Must have experience in handling matters related to higher educational institutions like University service Law, civil, writ, MOUs, Contracts, RTIs and connected issues.
- Experience in representing Government or Autonomous Bodies or Universities shall be preferred.
