- Sub Divisional Engineer: B.E. or equivalent in required specialization with minimum 65% marks and 02 years experience in relevant field
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Three year National Certificate Course in Civil Engineering from recognized polytechnic/institution and 04 years experience in relevant field
- Junior Engineer (Horticultural): B.Sc (Agriculture) with horticulture as elective subject or B.Sc (Horticulture), Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric, and 04 years experience in relevant field
- Junior Engineer (Public Health): Three year National Certificate Course in Electrical Engineering from recognized polytechnic/institution and 04 years experience in relevant field
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Three year National Certificate Course in Electrical Engineering from recognized polytechnic/institution and 04 years experience in relevant field
