MIDHANI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be Engineering passouts from the years 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026. Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973, and/or having one year or more of experience, are not eligible to apply. Reservation guidelines under the Apprentices Act for EWS/OBC/SC/ST/PWD will be followed. Candidates claiming reservation must provide certificates in Government standard format; failing which their claim will be treated as General/UR category. OBC candidates must produce OBC certificate in Govt. prescribed format from the certificate issuing authority of Tahsildar.

MIDHANI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process
Selection of candidates will be based on merit against reservation categories. Merit will be decided on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in SSC (30%) and Graduation/Diploma in Engineering (70%). The final selection will be subject to verification of certificates (Age, Qualification, Category, Aadhar, Police Verification/Clearance Certificate) and medical fitness.
MIDHANI reserves the right to restrict/increase the number of posts, alter eligibility criteria, and devise its own selection criteria. Upon completion of the apprenticeship period, MIDHANI shall have no obligation to offer employment, nor can an apprentice claim right for employment on the grounds of completion of Apprenticeship.
