MLSU Visiting Faculty Recruitment 2026 – Walkin

The Department of Visual Arts, UCSSH, Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU), Udaipur, will hold a walk-in interview on 13 November 2026 at 11:00 am. The interview is to engage visiting faculty for temporary posts in four six-month courses. The courses are Certificate in Traditional Art Appreciation, Certificate in Academic Art Study, Certificate in Multimedia Design and Certificate in Video Graphy and Editing. These posts are under the RUSA 2.0 Project entitled Skill Development Centre. Candidates fill in the prescribed application form in their own handwriting and submit it to the Department of Visual Arts, M.L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur 313001 (Raj.).

   • your name in block letters;
   • your category: General/ SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy layer), EWS, PWD (attach the certificate);
   • your father's name, and your husband's name if applicable;
   • your date of birth;
   • your permanent address with PIN code, telephone number, mobile number and email, and your present address if it is different;
   • your educational qualifications (Secondary, Senior Secondary, Graduation, Post-Graduation, M.Phil., Ph.D. and JRF/NET/SLET/etc.), with the board or university, year, subjects or specialisation, division and marks in % or CGPA for each;
   • your experience in the specific field: organisation, post held, from and to dates, and classes taught (attach the certificates).
3. Enclose the fee by Demand Draft, Cash or Online, in favour of Dean, UCSSH, MLSU, Udaipur (Raj.), and write the DD number, date and bank on the form.
4. Sign the declaration in Part B, with the date and place.
5. Attach the enclosures listed below and submit the form to the Department of Visual Arts.

Application Fee

You can pay the fee by Demand Draft, Cash or Online, in favour of Dean, UCSSH, MLSU, Udaipur (Raj.).

Posts, Eligibility and Pay

The notice lists four six-month courses for which visiting faculty are to be engaged. The eligibility, the age limit and the pay are the same for all four posts.

• Educational qualification (all posts): "Minimum qualification Diploma, PG/ Graduation in specific subject."
• Experience (all posts): the notice asks for "experience in specific format". The application form asks for experience in the specific field, with certificates attached.
• Age limit (all posts): max. 60 years.
• Who may apply: the form lets applicants tick one of three categories: retired teachers from a University/College, teachers working in other institutions, and others.
• Pay: teaching assignments are given on a period basis, paid at the rates of honorarium approved by the University.
• Nature of engagement: the engagement is temporary and can be ended at any time without notice. The form is for empanelment or engagement of guest faculty (period basis) for the session 2026-27.
