Selection Process
The overall selection process for this post consisted of:
- A qualifying/written stage that shortlisted candidates for interview (percentage from this stage was also used for tie-breaking in the final merit).
- Personal interview, conducted in two phases - 18-19 December 2025 for the initial round, and 2 June 2026 for additional candidates added under High Court directions.111
- Final merit prepared strictly on the basis of interview marks obtained, subject to the minimum qualifying percentage.
As per the notification, in case of a tie in interview marks, preference is given first to candidates with higher marks obtained in a prescribed additional criterion, and if still tied, to the candidate with higher age.

- The previously declared selection list and marks list dated 31.12.2025 (List No. 13297/46/2025 and 13298/46/2025) stand cancelled and removed from the Commission's website with immediate effect.
