Eligibility Criteria 

1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the following qualifications from a recognized university/board to apply for NAM positions:

• Yoga Demonstrator: BNYS/MSc (Yoga)/MPhil (Yoga) from a recognized University / PG Diploma in Yoga of Minimum One Year duration from a recognized University / approved Certificate Course of one-year duration in Yoga from a recognized University / Govt. Department / YCB Certificate. Skill test eligibility is must for all qualifications.
• Therapist (Male): Ayurveda therapist Course conducted by Govt. of Kerala (DAME Approved).

2. Age Limit

The age limit for NAM Various Posts Recruitment 2026 is:

• Maximum Age: Yoga Demonstrator - 40 years; Therapist (Male) - 50 years (as on 19-01-2026)
• Age Relaxation: As per government norms (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen)
• Age calculation date: As on 19-01-2026 (as mentioned in official notification)

Salary/Stipend

• Yoga Demonstrator: Rs. 17,850/- per month (consolidated)
• Therapist (Male): Rs. 14,700/- per month (consolidated)
