- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Matric/Std X with a minimum of 50% marks and ITI Examination (Provisional National Trade Certificate acceptable) in the relevant trade with an aggregate of 65% marks.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be above 18 years as on 01 June 2026. There is no upper age restriction for Apprenticeship training as per Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) office memorandum No. F.No. MSDE-14(03)/2021 AP-PMU dated 20 Dec 1961.
- Reservation: SC/ST and OBC vacancies are reserved as per Sl. 13 of Schedule-IIA (Rule 5) of MSDE Notification dated 16 Jun 2015. 3% of vacancies are reserved for Physically Handicapped candidates as per Para III Chapter II of the Apprentices Act 1961.
