NCLT Deputation Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

All posts are to be filled on deputation/absorption basis only. Only officers/officials already serving in Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Courts, Tribunals or Statutory Organisations are eligible. Departmental officers in the feeder grade who are in the direct line of promotion are NOT eligible for deputation. Age must not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

Selection will be based on scrutiny of applications and supporting documents submitted through proper channel, followed by assessment by the Selection Committee. There is no written examination.
