Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Computer Applications (Regular Full Time Course from a Recognized Institute)
At least 3 years of post-qualification work experience in administrative and secretarial work as an admin assistant / office secretary / personal assistant.
Computer proficiency with familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Web surfing.
Good communication skills including oral and written proficiency in English.

A minimum of 5 (five) years’ post qualification experience working in the field of healthcare financing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Computer proficiency including MS Office (Word / Excel / Power Point) and ability to undertake Search Engine based research. Knowledge of Statistical Packages is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with strategic thinking and leadership qualities.
The willingness to travel to states & districts.
Senior Consultant- Administration:
Bachelor’s in business administration (BBA), B.Com, B.A., B.Sc. in any stream along with M.B.A. /M.A./M.Com with relevant experience in administration. (Regular Courses only)
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
Salary/ Stipend
Administrative Assistant: Consolidated monthly remuneration ranging from Rs.40,000/- to Rs.70,000/- (commensurate to qualification and experience)
Senior Consultant, Healthcare Financing: Consolidated monthly remuneration ranging from Rs.90,000/- to Rs.1,50,000/-
Senior Consultant- Administration: Between Rs. 90,000/- to 1,50,000/- (commensurate with qualification and experience)
