Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Law from recognized Universities.
- Law Graduates with minimum 08 years of experience at the Bar, in conducting criminal cases in the Court of Law.
Salary / Stipend
- Rs. 1,25,000/- Per Month
General Information / Instructions
- The engagement will be on whole time appointment basis and will have no right of private practice during the period of contract.
- The person so engaged shall have no right to claim regularization/ absorption in the organization.
- They will not be entitled to any other allowances like House Rent Allowance, Medical reimbursement, Leave Travel Concession etc. However, they will be entitled to TA/DA as payable to their counterparts in the regular cadre of the NIA.
- Initially for a period of 01 year which can be extended further as per mutual consent.

- Duly completed application in the prescribed format along with requisite documents, supporting certificates for claiming Educational Qualifications and for claiming Experiences may be sent by Regtd/ Speed post to SP (Admin), NIA Hqrs, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110003.
- Incomplete and application received after last date will be summarily rejected.
- Only short-listed candidates would be called for interview.
