Eligibility Criteria
- Sr. Consultant (Finance): Passed in the final examination of CA / ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India respectively. Should have at least 16 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounts. Preferably in Corporate Financial Management and Planning, Financial Analysis & Reporting Project Appraisal, Project Financing & Monitoring, Capital Budgeting, Costing, Budgetary Control, Treasury Management, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Foreign Exchange Management Exposure of working in ERP package like SAP, Oracle etc would be an added advantage. Candidate should possess strong leadership and analytical skills, excellent oral as well as written communication skills. Should be self-driven and effective team leader.
- Consultant (Finance): Passed in the final examination of CA / ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India respectively OR Bachelor’s Degree (in First Class) with MBA (Finance)from a recognized Institute/ University [in First Class or Equivalent CGPA in both Graduation and Post- Graduation] [with documentary proof for equivalent to MBA]. Should have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience working in various areas such as Financial Management, Costing, Audit, Budgetary Controls, Treasury Management, Finalization of Accounts, Taxation, Capital Expenditure Control.
- Young Consultant- Ground Segment: BE / B. Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Comm / Elect. & Tele-comm. / Computer Science from Govt. recognized University. Should have at least 2 years post qualification of experience in Satcom related field viz. realization and maintenance requirement of different satellite earth / stations, satellite data processing systems and communication links. Preparation and technical evaluation of different techno commercial documents / agreements / contracts.
- Consultant (HR & ADMIN): Full Time Bachelor's Degree [in First Class or equivalent CGPA] with Full Time PG Degree / MBA/ MSW/ MA [in First Class or equivalent CGPA] with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Management / Organizational Development/ etc., from recognized Institutes / Universities. Should have at least 4 years post qualification experience in the area of Human Resources in Public Sector Organizations/ Joint ventures of PSEs/Central Govt/ State Govt/ Private Sector.
- Consultant (Purchase & Store): Bachelor’s Degree [in First Class or equivalent CGPA] with MBA [In First Class or equivalent CGPA] in Operations/ Materials Management/International Business. Should have at least 4 years post qualification experience in the area of Procurement, International Logistics and Inventory Management in Public Sector Organizations/ Joint ventures of PSEs/Central Govt/ State Govt/ Private Sector.
- Young Consultant (Electronics & Communication): BE/B. Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Government recognized University. Should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field (higher experience is preferable). Experience in satellite communication/RF Engineering/Semi-Conductor related field will be added advantages.
- Young Consultant (Mechanical): BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Government recognized University. Should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field (higher experience is preferable). Experience in design/analysis/fabrication/testing of satellites and aerospace hardware and related fields will be an added advantage.
- Consultant (SATCOM): BE / B Tech (Electronics & Comm)/MTech in Electronics/ communication or training programme on SATCOM Certificates credentials or licenses related to Satellite communication. Should have at least 4 years post qualification experience for BE/ B Tech or 2 yrs for MTech/ PG Diploma in SATCOM related field.
- Consultant (EO): M. Tech/Post Graduate Diploma in Remote Sensing & GIS or equivalent. Should have at least 2 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Consultant - Cyber Security: 1st class Full Time B.E./ B.Tech. from recognized University/Institute in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology discipline with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA. AND Specialization in Cyber Security at M. Tech or PhD level or certifications in anyone of CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)/ Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) / CISSP/ Comp TIA CySA + / GSEC/ OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)/ CISM. Should have minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in the following areas: 1. Possess and maintain broad technical and business knowledge of all aspects of IT Infrastructure security and management technologies including end-point security, mobility management, client operating systems, Sandboxing, Firewall, DLP, VDI, WAF, PAM, Active Directory, Application whitelisting, File Integrity Monitoring, Network Access Control, CDR, Infrastructure and endpoint security solutions including Anti-malware, EDR, MDM, Network Access Control, Proxy etc. 2. Should have experience on Core security technologies (Next Gen firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM/SOAR, SNMPv3, EDR, Syslog) and technical knowledge on SOC. 3. Should have experience on handling of security threats/threat Intelligence tools and framework/threat attack methods/cyber forensics. 4. Should have experience on VAPT tools (Burp Suite/ Metasploit/ (Ryby)/ Accunetix/ Open VAS/ Nessus/ ZAP/ CommandoV, Wireshark, NMAP) 5. Knowledge on monitoring and managing Threat Intelligence Platform, consume and manage threat feeds, detecting Cyber threats and alerting and work on cyber threats, indicators of compromise (IoCs), and MITRE, kill chain methodologies. 6. Knowledge of conducting digital forensic analysis using Forensic and Log analysis Tools (Commercial and Open-source tools) such as EnCase, Forensic Toolkits (FTK), ELK, The Sleuth Kit (TSK) etc.
