Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.A / B.Sc from any recognized University (Warden); HSC passed (Chowkidar-cum-Sweeper); Qualification not specified beyond preferences for trained cookery (Head Cook & Assistant Cook).
- Experience: At least 02 years in hostel management (Warden); Experience in cooking (Head Cook & Assistant Cook preferred).
Salary/ Stipend
- Warden: Rs. 21,175/- per month (including EPF share of employee & Employer)
- Chowkidar-cum-Sweeper: Rs. 7,500/- per month (including EPF share of employee & Employer)
- Head Cook: Rs. 9,000/- per month (including EPF share of employee & Employer)
- Assistant Cook: Rs. 6,750/- per month (including EPF share of employee & Employer)
Age Limit (as on date of advertisement i.e. 17 January 2026)
- Warden: 30-60 Years
- Chowkidar-cum-Sweeper: 21-32 Years
- Head Cook: 30-40 Years
- Assistant Cook: 21-32 Years

Selection Process
- Preference to local candidates (block level, then adjacent blocks; no candidates outside district)
- For Head Cook / Assistant Cook: Committee will conduct physical cooking test to evaluate deliciousness, time of preparation, hygienic condition
- Engagement initially for one year; fresh engagement after gap of at least one working day based on satisfactory performance
