General Information/Instructions
- This position is purely temporary, needs-based, and full-time, based on an honorarium. The doctor cannot claim regular appointment in the future. The work will be reviewed after three months. If the work is not found satisfactory, the doctor may be removed from the post.
- The doctor appointed on an honorarium basis can be relieved from duty by giving one month's notice.
- If the doctor appointed on an honorarium basis resigns from service, it will be mandatory to give one month's advance notice.
- All original certificates submitted by the selected candidates will be verified within three months from the issuing institution. If found incorrect, the appointment will be canceled with immediate effect, and legal action will be taken.
- Applicants who were or were not in government service and whose age is above 65 years will attach their health certificate.
- Candidates who are undergoing MBBS Internship can also apply, but they will have to submit their MBBS or Degree Certificate at the time of joining.
- Candidates who are submitting a CGPA score card for educational qualification will submit the CGPA conversion chart along with the mark sheet.
- The District Selection Committee may make necessary amendments to the terms and conditions of the advertisement as required and reserves the right to cancel the advertisement.
- The decision of the committee will be final and binding in the appointment process by the District Selection Committee.
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes will attach the caste certificate issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer/Deputy Commissioner.

- No personal correspondence regarding the appointment will be entertained.
How to Apply
Interested candidates/doctors will be selected through a walk-in interview conducted by the selection committee. The walk-in interview will be held at the office of the Civil Surgeon, Jamtara. Candidates must ensure their presence with the prescribed application form, along with original and photocopies of all educational certificates, birth certificate, and two passport-size photographs.
