Eligibility Criteria for OTET 2026
Paper I (Classes 1 to 5):
- Higher Secondary (+2 or equivalent) with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC/SEBC/PH).
- 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / CT) OR 4-year B.El.Ed OR 2-year Diploma in Special Education.
- Final year students of NCTE/RCI recognized teacher education programmes are eligible.
