Eligibility Criteria
- Department: HR - Canteen Services. Grade E3 to E6.
- Age Limit: The upper age limit for engagement under these guidelines will be 65 years. Relevant date for this purpose will be date of issuance of offer for engagement/extension.
- Performance: The candidate should have no 'C' grading during last three years of service with SAIL before superannuation.
- Physical & Mental Fitness: The ex-executive should be fit to perform the duties assigned and submit a medical certificate in this regard along with the application.
- Effectiveness & Integrity: He/She should have good service record without any ongoing disciplinary/vigilance proceedings at the time of engagement/extension.
SAIL Recruitment 2026 Job Description
- Knowledge on matters related to quality, hygiene, and statutory compliance in the operation of all 50 canteens within the plant premises, in accordance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Should possess knowledge related to: 1. Food Safety. 2. HR - Welfare Activities.
- Any other assignment given by the Head of HR (Works) from time to time.
Selection Process
The interested ex-executives may submit their application indicating their details, experience regarding their suitability for the position. The short listed candidates shall be called for an interview.
Tenure
The initial tenure of engagement will be six (6) months which can be extended further for a period of six (6) months.
