The applicant also certifies that all information is true, accepts responsibility and action if it is found false, and accepts all rules and conditions of the application. Posts, Eligibility and Pay

The same conditions apply to both posts:

• Who can apply: Class IV / Sweeper employees retired from the District Court.
• Fitness: The applicant must be physically and mentally fit.
• Service record: The applicant's character roll of the previous 5 years should be correct.
• No pending case: No criminal or civil case should be pending and registered against the applicant.
• Educational qualification: The official notification does not specify the minimum educational qualification; the form only asks applicants to state their educational qualification.
• Pay: The pay of the post will be the last drawn pay of the applicant on the concerned post, payable as honorarium after deducting the pension amount.

Tenure and Nature of Appointment

• The tenure of the selected employee will be 1 year from the date of joining, or until the post is filled by direct recruitment or promotion, or until the employee completes 65 years of age – whichever is earlier.
