UTET Application 2025
The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) has officially released the UTET Notification 2025 for candidates aspiring to become teachers in government schools across Uttarakhand. The exam is designed for two levels: UTET-I for primary teachers (Classes I–V) and UTET-II for upper primary teachers (Classes VI–VIII). Applications are to be submitted online through the official website from 10 July 2025, with the last date for submission being 5 August 2025. The examination will be conducted offline (pen and paper mode) on 27 September 2025, with both papers scheduled on the same day but in different shifts.
Eligibility criteria for UTET-I require candidates to have completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks along with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed), or a 2-year Diploma in Special Education.
For UTET-II, candidates must possess a graduation degree with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, a 1-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), a 4-year B.El.Ed, or a 4-year integrated B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. Final-year students in these qualifying courses are also eligible to apply, ensuring a broad pool of prospective teachers.

UTET Application 2025 - Eligibility Criteria:

How to Apply for UTET 2025?
- Go to www.ukutet.com, the official portal for UTET 2025 applications
- Click on “New Registration.”
- Enter your basic details: name, mobile number, and email address.
- After submitting, you’ll receive your Registration Number and Password via SMS/email
- Log in using your Registration Number and Password.
- Complete the form with personal, academic, and contact details.
- Select the exam(s) you wish to appear for (UTET-I, UTET-II, or both).
- Choose your preferred exam center
- Upload scanned copies of:
- Recent passport-size photograph (5–100 KB, JPG/JPEG)
- Signature (2–50 KB, JPG/JPEG)
- Left-hand thumb impression (10–150 KB, JPG/JPEG)
- Ensure all files are within the specified size and format.
