Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: (i) MBBS degree from a recognized University. (ii) One year experience in a hospital after completion of internship of one year.
• Desirable Qualification: A post graduate medical degree from a recognised University.
• Experience: One year experience in a hospital after completion of internship of one year.

Salary/ Stipend

• Consolidated remuneration of Rs.75,000.00 per month

Age Limit (as on 07 January 2026)

• Below 55 years as on the date of Employment Notification

General Information / Instructions

• Initial engagement for a period of 6 months (may extend depending on requirement)
• Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification
• VPA reserves the right to cancel the notification or increase/decrease number of posts
• Mere submission of application is not a right to call for selection/interview
• The Medical Officer should work at G.J Hospital under the administrative control of C.M.O. / VPA
• Shall attend G.J. Hospital on all working days and work on Public Holidays and Sundays if necessary
• Work in General/shift duties as per necessity
• Eligible for 6 days leave for six months; remuneration on pro-rata basis for actual days worked in case of absence
• No benefits except consolidated remuneration
• Services terminable on one month notice
