- For General/ BC/ EBC Candidates: Rs.750/-
- For SC/ ST/ Disabled (DQ) Category: Rs. 480/-
For any 02 courses:
- For General/ BC/ EBC Candidates: Rs.850/-
- For SC/ ST/ Disabled (DQ) Category: Rs. 530/-
For all 03 courses:
- For General/ BC/ EBC Candidates: Rs.950/-
- For SC/ ST/ Disabled (DQ) Category: Rs. 630/-
- Payment Mode: Through Net Banking /Debit Card /Credit Card/ UPI

Qualification
- For Polytechnic Engineer (PE) Group: 10th pass or equivalent
- For Para Medical (Secondary Level) PMM Group: 10th or equivalent examination pass with Science and English
- For Para Medical (Intermediate Level) PM Group: 10+2 for Diploma in Pharmacy with Physics, Chemistry and English plus Mathematics or Biology.
