How to Download the BPSSC E-Admit Card 2026

  1. Visit the official BPSSC website: https://bpssc.bihar.gov.in
  2. Go to the "Bihar Police" tab on the homepage.
  3. Look for the e-admit card link for Advertisement No. 07/2026 (Assistant Sub Inspector - Technical), available from 24 July 2026.
  4. Enter the required login details as prompted on the portal.
  5. Download the e-admit card and take a printout.

Note: The admit card will not be sent by post. Candidates must download and print it themselves.

What to Do If You Cannot Download the Admit Card

Candidates who are unable to download their e-admit card from the website for any reason can visit the BPSSC office in person on 31 July 2026, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, at the following address:

  • A photocopy of the acknowledgement/receipt of their application form

Documents Required at the Exam Centre

Along with the printed e-admit card, candidates must carry one valid photo identity proof, such as:

  • Candidates must sit only at the seat corresponding to the name, photo, and roll number printed on the roll number sticker at their allotted place; failure to do so will result in cancellation of candidature.
  • Reporting time at the exam centre is 8:30 AM. Entry into the exam centre will be allowed only until 9:30 AM. No entry will be given after this time under any circumstances.
  • Candidates are advised to keep their admit card safe even after the exam, as it may be required again during later stages the Main Written Exam, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), document verification, and joining.
  • A specimen copy of the instructions printed on the OMR answer sheet is available on the BPSSC website. Candidates are advised to study it carefully before the exam.
  • It has been observed that some candidates fail to correctly fill required details on the OMR sheet such as roll number, question booklet number, paragraph writing, and signature as per the given instructions, leading to cancellation of candidature and non-evaluation of their answer sheet. Candidates are advised to practice as per the specimen OMR sheet to avoid this.

OMR Answer Sheet - Key Instructions

  • Use only a Blue/Black ballpoint pen. Gel pens and pencils are not allowed.
  • The answer sheet has two copies an original and a duplicate below it. Do not attempt to separate or remove them while answering.
  • Do not make any stray marks on the answer sheet. Use of calculators, mobile phones, or any other paper is prohibited and will lead to disqualification.
  • Fill all required particulars carefully. Changes on the answer sheet are not permitted.
  • Candidates must reproduce the given paragraph in their own handwriting in Hindi or English as instructed, and put their signature at the specified item, or they will be declared ineligible.
  • Roll number and Question Booklet number boxes must be darkened very carefully; wrong entries will lead to disqualification.
  • Only the correct circle should be darkened for each answer using the correct method shown on the sheet; once darkened, changes are not allowed.
