Eligibility Criteria
PAT-I (Electronics and Communication)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics and Communication from a recognized University
PAT-I (Metallurgical Engineering/Materials Science and Engineering)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in Metallurgical Engineering/Materials Science and Engineering from a recognized University
PAT-II (NET/GATE) - Electronics and Communication/EEE/Electrical/Control
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics and Communication/EEE/Electrical/Control from a recognized University or equivalent with 2 years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations
- OR Masters/Integrated Masters in Electronics and Communication/EEE/Electrical/Control Engineering or Technology from a recognized University
- Must have qualified CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET (including lectureship/assistant professorship) or GATE or National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST or equivalent
PAT-II (NET/GATE) - Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent with 2 years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations
- OR Masters/Integrated Masters in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or Technology from a recognized University
