- Based on educational qualification, work experience, and interview.
General Information / Instructions
- The candidate will be Indian citizens.
- The provision of reservation as per General Administration Department will be effective in employment.
- The benefit of reservation will be available only to those applicants who have domicile of Bihar.
- The period of experience and age will be calculated based on the date of advertisement publication.
- The employees will be entitled to EPF and ESIC in addition to the basic honorarium as per rules.
- This appointment on contract basis will be completely temporary, which can be terminated without any prior notice or on 15 days notice. No claim for regular appointment will be valid. The claim for regularization of service after employment will not be valid. The employed person will not be considered a government servant nor entitled to any facilities admissible to government servants. Their employment will be under the District Hub for Empowerment of Women.
- The final merit list for various posts will be published based on the desired educational qualification, work experience and interview of the candidates.
- For administrative posts, if the candidate has knowledge of computer work, preference will be given.
- Preference will be given to candidates having work experience in government department/institution/office in work experience.
- In the situation of work experience in government/semi-government or non-government department/institution/office, the experience certificate issued by the appointing authority will be valid.
- Candidates having the prescribed qualification will be invited for interview. The information for participating in the interview will be given to the concerned candidate on their mentioned Email ID and on the district NIC website arwal.nic.in. The office will not do any correspondence by post with any candidate.
- Employees employed on honorarium basis will not be considered government servants nor entitled to any type of rights admissible to government servants. No claim for regularization of service by employees employed on honorarium basis will be valid.
- All rights related to advertisement and service conditions are under the District Magistrate, Arwal. The District Magistrate, Arwal holds all rights to amend/cancel the advertisement.
- Interested candidates, mentioning the applied post, will submit their application in the prescribed form with self-attested photocopies of educational qualification and experience related certificates/ mark sheets from the date of advertisement publication to date 20 February 2026 via email ID [email protected]. In the situation of not attaching certificates, the application will be rejected at first sight. Applications received after the above time limit will not be accepted.
