- Post Graduates: Minimum 6 years
- Graduates: Minimum 8 years in diagnostic labs.
- Senior Operations Manager (QA) – HLL/HR/028/2026 Essential Qualification: MSc (Microbiology / Health Science / Biochemistry / MLT) Experience: Minimum 6 years in QC/QA of diagnostic labs (Biochemistry, Haematology, Histopathology, Microbiology, Hormone analysis, etc.). NABL documentation, audits, supervision & monitoring of QC for more than 25 labs mandatory.
- Associate Manager (Healthcare Services) – HLL/HR/033/2026 Essential Qualification: MBA (Healthcare Management) / MPH / M.Sc (Medical Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology / MLT / Health Sciences / Zoology) OR B.Sc + PGDMLT Experience:
- Post Graduates: Minimum 2 years
- Graduates: Minimum 4 years in Government sector healthcare projects, medical diagnostic lab management & healthcare camp implementation.
- Associate Manager (HR) – HLL/HR/030/2026 Essential Qualification: MBA(HR) / MSW / MHRM / MA (Personnel Management) / PG in HR / PGDPM (2-year course) Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR functions of a reputed organisation.
- Associate Manager (Finance) – HLL/HR/032/2026 Essential Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) – Regular Experience: Minimum 2 years in Finance & Accounts function of a reputed organisation.
