Selection Process
- Shortlisting of applications based on eligibility criteria.
- Personal Interview / Video Conference (VC).
- Final selection on the basis of merit, experience and performance in the interview.
- Pre-employment medical examination at HMT Hospital.

- Fill the application form completely and affix recent passport size photograph.
- Enclose self-attested photocopies of all relevant certificates (age, qualification, experience, caste, etc.) and the Demand Draft.
- Send the application in a sealed cover super-scribed “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ……………………………” by Ordinary Post / Speed Post / Registered Post / Courier only to the address given below on or before 27.04.2026.
- Applications received by hand / fax / email will not be accepted.
General Information/Instructions
- Engagement is purely on Fixed Term Appointment (FTA) basis for 2 years, extendable by another 2 years on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance.
- FTA will not confer any right for regular/permanent employment in HMT Ltd.
- Place of posting: Corporate Head Office / Auxiliary Business Division, Bengaluru.
- Only Indian Nationals need apply. Ex-Servicemen will be given preference.
- Applicants from Govt./PSUs must apply through proper channel or produce NOC.
- Management reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
