Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: M. Tech. / ME in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Materials Engineering/ Nanoscience and Engineering/ Nanotechnology/ Production Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/ or equivalent (with first division as defined by the awarding Institute / University); or Post Graduate degree in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science with first division as defined by the awarding Institute /University, and a Valid NET/ GATE certificate.
- Desirable Qualification: Knowledge and experience in Physical Metallurgy, Extractive/Process Metallurgy, Mechanical Metallurgy, Materials Characterization, Solid state physics, and Basic Electrochemistry.
Salary / Stipend
- Rs. 37,000/- pm (Consolidated)
- Rs. 42,000/- per month (for third year)
Age Limit
- Maximum 29 years
- 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates and 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates
