Eligibility Criteria
- Study Coordinator: Graduate or postgraduate degree in a science subject or public health. Minimum 6 months of experience in clinical research coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry. Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Proficiency in Tamil and English.
- Senior Research Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution. Valid registration with State Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council. Minimum 6 months of clinical research experience or experience in neonatal nursing. Good communication skills in local language (Tamil). Proficiency in English and Tamil.
- Senior Research Fellow: MSc Medical Microbiology or MSc MLT Microbiology from a recognized institution. Minimum 6 months of experience in a clinical or research laboratory. Basic knowledge of laboratory safety and biosafety practices. Proficiency in Tamil and English.
