Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: MBA + Engineering in any discipline
• Essential Qualification: Engineering degree in any discipline acquired through Regular/Full Time course only. MBA acquired through Regular/Full Time/Open and Distance learning mode from UGC recognized University.
• Experience: Minimum 01 (One) year post qualification experience in Business Development Activities as on 12 December 2025. Experience must be full-time on regular salary basis in relevant area. Apprenticeship under Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and its amendments is considered. On-the-job training as MT/ET/GT in PSUs is considered. Articleship/Internship/Academic Project/Teaching/Research/Freelance/Entrepreneurial experience not considered.

Salary/ Stipend

• Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000-3%-1,60,000/- (E-1 Grade)
• In addition to Basic Pay and DA (IDA pattern), eligible for subsidized accommodation or HRA, Perks & Allowances under ‘Cafeteria Approach’, Performance Related Pay (PRP), medical facilities, PF, Gratuity, Leave, GPA, NPS and PSMBS as per Company’s rules.

Age Limit (as on 12 December 2025)

• Upper Age Limit: 30 Years
• Relaxation: 10 Years for PwD (General); 5 Years for J&K domicile (01 January 1980 to 31 December 1989); As per Govt. guidelines for Ex-Servicemen.
• Additional: 01 year relaxation for every 01 year of additional experience, limited to maximum 03 years.
• Maximum age shall not exceed 52 years.

• PWD/Ex-Servicemen/Internal Candidates: Exempted
