Documents Required for PPSC Document Scrutiny

As per proviso 8.6 of the "General Information for the Candidates," shortlisted candidates must carry the following self-attested documents along with a signed printout of the online application form:

  • Proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation/Higher Secondary Certificate)
  • Proof of having passed the Punjabi language exam
  • Relevant degree and DMC (Detailed Marks Certificate)
  • Sports Gradation Certificate (if applicable)
  • Persons with Disability (PwD) Certificate (if applicable)
  • Reserve Category Certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable)
  • Latest Punjab Residence Certificate mandatory for all reserved category candidates, including Female and EWS candidates who applied under the General Category
  • Ex-Serviceman (ESM) documents mentioning date of enrollment, date of release/discharge, and reason for release/discharge; LDESM candidates must produce the original LDESM certificate (if applicable)
  • Proof of age relaxation claim (if applicable)
  • Proof of fee concession claim (if applicable)
  • Proof of being a government employee (if applicable)
  • Any other relevant supporting certificate (if applicable)

Candidates must also sign the declaration on the last page of the printout of the online application form before submission.
