- Click on the Round 2 registration/application link (or log in with existing Round 1 credentials, if applicable).
- Read the instructions and click "I Agree" to proceed.
- Enter your NEET UG 2026 roll number, date of birth, marks, and category details to generate or access your registration credentials.
- Complete Application Part 2 by filling in personal, academic, contact, domicile, and category information.

- Pay the applicable non-refundable application fee online.
