Engagement Terms
- Engagement is purely on a Fixed-Term Contract for Service basis, for an initial period of 3 years, extendable by up to 2 more years.
- The engagement does not confer regular employee status or any right to regularisation.
- An annual performance-linked increment (commonly reported as 4%, 7%, or 10% of the monthly fee) applies based on Centralized Performance Committee (CPC) recommendation.
