Candidates applying for South Eastern Railway Scouts & Guides Quota Recruitment 2026-27 must fulfil the required educational qualification and Scouts & Guides eligibility conditions.
Educational Qualification for Level-2 Posts
- Passed 12th (+2 stage) or equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board.
- 50% marks requirement is not applicable for SC, ST, ESM, PwBD candidates and candidates having higher qualifications from UGC recognized universities.
- OR 10th Pass from recognized board plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) / ITI approved by NCVT.

- Negative marking of one-third marks for every wrong objective answer.
The written test will contain 40 objective questions (40 marks) and one essay-type question (20 marks).
